To Register:
Please send us an email or a Facebook message with your name, callsign (if applicable) and the number of tables you plan to reserve along with a brief summary of items or services you plan to offer for sale. (we will advertise for you for free, so get your detailed submissions in early for more exposure! If interested in advertising for your booth, send us a few high-quality photos suitable for posting on our Facebook page — i.e. good lighting, clear images and a de-cluttered background if possible).
Let us know if you’ll need electricity (available indoors only), so we can assign you a spot accordingly.
Table fees may be paid in advance or collected in-person prior to the start of the event. If paying online, include “HamFest Vendor” along with your identifying information in the notes section of your payment. This will help us get you checked in as quickly as possible.
